Summary

Updates three docs files for start_url

  • Adds the CLI flags in reference/cli/browsers.mdx
  • Adds start_url to the browser pool overview examples and mentions start url in the options list
  • Adds a profiles section showing how start_url overrides profile-restored tabs for browser sessions and notes the same pool behavior

Test plan

  • git diff --check
  • mintlify dev not run because the Mintlify CLI is not installed locally

Note

Low Risk
Low risk documentation-only change that adds references to an existing start_url option and associated CLI flags, with no runtime/code-path modifications.

Overview
Documents the start_url option across the docs, including a new Profiles section explaining how start_url overrides profile-restored tabs when starting a session.

Updates Browser Pools overview examples and option text to include start_url, and expands the CLI reference to list --start-url for kernel browsers create plus --start-url/--clear-start-url for kernel browser-pools create/update.

Risk assessment: Very Low.

The current diff only adds start_url documentation and CLI reference text across existing MDX docs pages. There are no runtime code, docs config/navigation, generated API spec, schema, prompt, auth, permissions, or infrastructure changes, so the blast radius is limited to documentation rendering.

A prior approval is already present on the PR, and this synchronized update does not increase the risk level, so I’m not adding another approval.

The synchronized diff only adds start_url documentation and CLI flag descriptions in existing MDX docs pages (browsers/create-a-browser.mdx, browser pool docs, and CLI reference). There are no runtime code, config/navigation, schema, prompt-instruction, auth/permissions, or infrastructure changes, so the blast radius is limited to documentation rendering.

The PR is already approved, and this update does not increase the risk level, so I’m not adding another approval or dismissing the existing one.

Firetiger deploy monitoring skipped

This PR didn't match the auto-monitor filter configured on your GitHub connection:

Any PR that changes the kernel API. Monitor changes to API endpoints (packages/api/cmd/api/) and Temporal workflows (packages/api/lib/temporal) in the kernel repo

Reason: PR only modifies documentation files and does not change any API endpoints or Temporal workflow code in the monitored paths.

The current diff only adds start_url documentation, examples, and CLI flag descriptions in existing MDX docs pages. It does not change runtime code, docs configuration/navigation, schemas, generated API specs, prompts/model instructions, auth/permissions, or infrastructure, so the blast radius is limited to documentation rendering.

The PR already has an approval recorded, and the latest changes do not increase the risk level, so I’m not adding another approval or dismissing the existing one.

The current diff only adds four CLI flag description rows in reference/cli/browsers.mdx for --start-url and --clear-start-url. There are no runtime code, docs navigation/config, generated spec, schema, prompt/model-instruction, auth/permissions, or infrastructure changes, so the blast radius is limited to documentation rendering.

I found no CODEOWNERS file in the repo. The PR already has an approval recorded, and this synchronized update does not increase the risk level, so I’m not adding another approval or dismissing the existing one.

The actual diff only adds four CLI flag description rows in reference/cli/browsers.mdx for --start-url and --clear-start-url. I found no runtime code, docs navigation/config, generated spec, schema, prompt/model-instruction, auth/permissions, or infrastructure changes, so the blast radius is limited to documentation rendering.

I found no CODEOWNERS file in the repo, and the PR review decision is already APPROVED, so I’m not adding another approval.

The actual diff changes only two existing MDX documentation pages: one sentence in browsers/pools/overview.mdx and four CLI flag rows in reference/cli/browsers.mdx for start_url / clear-start-url. There are no runtime code, docs navigation/config, generated spec, schema, prompt/model-instruction, auth/permissions, or infrastructure changes, so the blast radius is limited to documentation rendering.
